The Roots of Anger


In "The Roots of Anger" tape, the discussion focuses on how a person's history plays a key role in current unproductive reactions. This session examines the most common roots of anger as well as solutions to feeling trapped by the past.

This session offers hope in healing from any number of past events including: The experience of growing up in a family where violence or abuse occurred; The experience of having an overly-dependent family structure; A past in which losses and grief have been left unresolved; A harboring of envy or bitterness toward circumstances or people in the past; and/or, Habitually responding to current events in old ways.
