To Control or Not To Control


In this session, "To Control or Not To Control" you can explore the relationship between trying to control others and anger. A person can learn to focus on their personal responsibility rather than on 'making' people to theirs! Usually, a conflict is just made worse by dealing with feeling coerced or trying to control someone who refuses to cooperate.

This tape focuses on evaluating your attempts to control others as well as ways to think differently about needing to get something from someone else.
